Project Background :
The Chinese emergency medical system has long been overloaded. Through research and interviews with patients, it was found that patients lack support for tiered diagnosis and treatment, as well as for emergency decision-making during sudden illnesses, leading many to rush blindly to top-tier hospitals, thereby causing delays or missed treatment opportunities. This project aims to integrate home emergency guidance, health data, and medical collaboration to help patients be referred to the "appropriate hospital" rather than the "highest-level hospital" in a timely manner.
